Can you use an iPhone for a GTL visit? ›

Please note that video visits provided by GTL and Webex will be subject to monitoring and recording. Visitors should log on 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. For online visitation, an internet enabled device with a camera, speakers and microphone (or headset) is required, as well as a debit or credit card. There may be several reasons: The inmate is currently not allowed visits. The inmate is not one of your approved contacts. You do not have sufficient funds on your prepaid balance to purchase visitation time.

First, log in to your GettingOut account and deposit funds. Then, schedule a suggested visit with your friend and wait for them to accept. Log in to your GettingOut account and click on the Contacts tab and find your friend. Next, click on the Schedule Visit button and continue.

By registering with VINE, users receive automated updates about any changes in an inmate's status, including release, transfer, or escape. VINE is accessible in many states, including Pennsylvania through PA SAVIN.

Utilizing the At-Home video visitation solution through VisitMe allows visitors to conduct their regular visitation sessions through most PCs, laptops, and tablets (Android or Apple iOS devices) without stepping onto facility property.

This release, an addition to the VisMobile app that allows users to register for and schedule visits, gives users whose loved ones are incarcerated in facilities that allow Internet video visitation the opportunity to conduct video visits from their Android devices.
