Ever wanted something so bad but then got to the end and realized you weren’t ready or able to fully commit. Not gonna lie, saw this and pictured some of the men who’ve been excited to work with me 1:1 or join one of the gunfighter courses, only to hear the price and, well, you saw the video, you know what happens. To the men out there hesitant I get it. I so get it. I recorded almost 50 episodes before I joined a podcast mastermind. I started 2 businesses before I hired a CPA. I coached several men before I realized I needed a coach myself. What I learned in all scenarios, is more about time than money. Yes, I wasted thousands on subscriptions and themes and apps and courses. None of which paid off or any that I still use. When I invested in myself though:- podcast mastermind clarified best practices, and introduced me to incredible people to collaborate with. - my CPA offers monthly calls to get ahead of taxes and talk strategy. - my coach opened my eyes to being different, to not trying to fit the way the courses or gurus sell it, to identify my ideal client and work through what I can offer/guarantee. He’s the one who helped me develop the “confident, clarity and courage to becoming dangerous”. You understand more then financial ROI, the right coach or investment can buy you time, and time is the only currency that matters in this life. While governments can control the dollar, you decide day by day how to spend your time. So ask yourself. Are you happy with your level of preparedness, are you confident in your role as a husband or a father, how your leading your family, how ready you are to be their hero? Are you clear on your mission and the legacy you’ve defined and how you’ll be remembered? And are you strong in your beliefs and stand ready to defend those beliefs, your family, and if needed your tribe when the storm comes to your side of town? Those on the path are working everyday to get to to yes! Are you? Standing by for those ready to expedite getting to yes.

After a whirlwind weekend at the #GalwayRaces 🐎, I couldn't help but draw parallels between the thrill of horse racing and the journey candidates go through in the recruitment process. Here's some trackside wisdom for those of you galloping towards your next role:1. **Believe in Yourself:** Like an underdog horse surprising everyone, believe in your skills and potential. You might just be the dark horse that clinches the role!2. **Do Your Homework:** Jockeys study tracks and competitors. Likewise, understand the company you're interviewing with and the industry trends. Knowledge can give you the edge.3. **Presentation Matters:** At the races, attire speaks volumes. In interviews, dress appropriately and professionally. Leave a lasting impression even before you speak.4. **Stay Calm Under Pressure:** Races can be intense. Similarly, interviews might get challenging. Deep breaths, focus, and confidence can make all the difference.Remember, every interview, like every race, is a learning experience. Embrace the journey, stay resilient, and always keep galloping forward! 🥂Now if anyone has advice on how to spend €13.50 that I won that would be fantastic #CandidateTips #GalwayRacesWisdom #JobHuntingJourney
