EMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM WARRANTY STATEMENT The Emission Control System Warranty on your American Sportworks vehicle is covered by Geason Enterprises, LLC dba Geason Powersports YOUR WARRANTY RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and Geason Enterprises, LLC dba Geason Powersports (hereinafter “Geason Powersports”) are pleased to explain the emission control system warranty on your 2012 and later Off-Road ATV. -
