@comcastcares I need your help please. I scheduled a call through your IOS app.. waited 45 minutes. I was asked to press "1" and I did but it was not registered. I pressed it repeatedly until the call hung up on me. It called me back and again and the exact same thing happened.

@alecgwin It’s just hard to convince people to cancel their cable solely to watch the Nuggets. My dad is 63 and has Comcast. The amount of hoops he’d have to go thru to switch to Fubo just isn’t worth it to him. I get that altitude is trying to find a solution, just don’t know what it is

@willdavistwo @teknomantik @VicLombardi I had a pretty good bundle discount w/then because I had everything Comcast until spring when it expired for the cable portion, price shot up almost double & they wouldn’t negotiate down enough for me to justify keeping it, so downgraded to Flex & added Evoca.

It's clear Altitude & Comcast are at an impasse. Altitude is creating alternate options and have come up with multiple. Everyone cried at the beginning of this about why not make a streaming option. They have that. If you're still pissed at Altitude it's a you problem.
