Finally got a text telling me my issue has been resolved. Except it’s not resolved. I was told I couldn’t be called, so I had to call. Was told (again) that you’re closed.WHY IS IT THIS HARD TO WATCH A PAY PER VIEW WHY DO YOU HATE ME @Xfinity

@PrevFromBurgh I wish AT&T sports could be available on my streaming service. I have other local channels. They don’t even let you stream it if you HAVE cable. I use my parents Xfinity account thinking I’d be able to just watch it that way. But of course AT&T sports will not let you do that.

@Xfinity I pay for 200mbps and get less than 5. I have had more than 1 tech out here in the last month and am still having connection speed issues. I have done all of the troubleshooting. I need this fixed

Hey @Xfinity I ordered a PPV and it’s not working. I called customer service who couldn’t help. I was told my ticket was advanced up and I’d get a text when it was fixed. That was an hour ago. No text. Called back and ya’ll are closed. What do I have to do to get what I paid for?

@ClancyBrent The bear case is that the 5G rollout is much more cost intensive than initially planned, and Dish isn’t actually able to do it. However I believe their spectrum is too valuable to fail and in that event they will be bought by either Comcast or Charter Communications

@Xfinity @comcast the service in Federal Hill Baltimore is unacceptable. Just called and was told I could upgrade for a $200/month package for internet-landline-cable...like, are you serious?
